By accessing and using the Hearts Aligned Therapy website (heartsaligned.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Services

Hearts Aligned Therapy provides professional counseling and therapy services. The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

This website and our services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled through our secure client portal. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Texas state law. Exceptions to confidentiality are as required by law.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept insurance from multiple providers and offer self-pay and sliding scale options. Insurance coverage is subject to verification.

7. Telehealth

Telehealth services are subject to additional informed consent requirements. Telehealth sessions are available to clients physically located in Texas during their session.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Hearts Aligned Therapy and is protected by copyright law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hearts Aligned Therapy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website. The information provided is for general purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice without consultation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
